What we collect, and what we do not.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anybody else. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form.

Four fields, and a server log.
The contact form asks for your name, your organisation, your email address and your message. That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no newsletter checkbox, and no field whose purpose is not obvious from its label.
Like any web server, our host records the request itself: the address it came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. Those logs belong to the host and are not joined to anything else.
To answer you. Nothing else.
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you chose to send, and — where it leads somewhere — the steps taken at your request before any agreement.
One processor, and a limit.
Submissions are delivered and stored by the company that hosts this site, acting as our processor on our instructions and for nothing of its own; its infrastructure is in the United States. Nothing goes anywhere else — there is no CRM behind this form, no marketing platform and no analytics account. If you want our processor named, ask and we will tell you.
We keep an enquiry while the conversation is live, and delete it at the latest 24 months after your last message. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
No cookies, and nothing to click past.
There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to. No analytics, no tag manager, no embedded video, no social buttons, no fonts fetched from somebody else's server. Every page loads from this domain alone, and the site's own tests fail the build if that stops being true.
One thing is stored in your browser: which theme you chose, light or dark, under the name grid360-theme. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Ask, and we will answer.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to our using it, or ask for a copy. We will answer within a month, and there is nothing to prove — the material is one email thread and a form entry.
If you are in the UK or the EU and think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, so we can fix it.
